Accident scenes. Off-road extractions. Bikes in places they shouldn’t be. We get them out and where they need to go — with the care a rider would want.
If you’re okay, that’s the important part.
The bike can be replaced. The rest of it — getting the bike off the road, dealing with police, working through insurance, figuring out where the bike is supposed to go — that’s where we come in.
We’ve worked enough accident scenes to know the questions before they’re asked. Drip pans for leaking fluids. Photos before we touch anything. A receipt at every handover. You focus on you and your people. We’ll handle the bike.
What we recover
Crash scene response
We come to the scene. Highway, back road, parking lot, doesn’t matter. We coordinate with law enforcement, work around the investigation, and get the bike loaded without making anything worse.
If the bike is leaking fuel or oil, we contain it before it touches the bed. Damaged plastics, broken levers, bent forks — we secure what we can and pad what we can’t.
Transport to insurance, shop, or home
Once the bike is on the truck, it goes where you tell us. Insurance lot for the adjuster to look at. Your favorite shop for repair estimates. Your garage if you’re not sure yet. Salvage yard if the bike is totaled.
We document the condition with photos at pickup and again at drop-off. If anything changes between the two, it’s on us, not on you.
Off-road and trail recovery
Dirt bike, ATV, or side-by-side stuck out on a trail? We come find you. Forest service roads, BLM land, private property with permission — if a truck and a winch can get to it, we can get it out.
Tell us where you are as best you can. Cross streets, mile markers, GPS coordinates, trail names. We’ve done enough of these to fill in the gaps.
Stuck bike extraction
Down in a ditch. Sunk in soft sand. Tipped over in mud where you can’t get leverage to pick it up. We bring a winch, recovery straps, and the patience to do it without dropping it again.
Same care as a clean tow. The bike comes out the way it went in — minus the mud.
The equipment matters.
Recovery work is different from a normal tow. Here’s what we bring to every call.
Winch and recovery straps
Heavy-duty winch with proper rated straps for pulling bikes up out of ditches, ravines, and embankments without further damage.
Drip pans and absorbent
Leaking fuel and oil don’t end up on the road or in your bed. We contain spills at the scene.
Photo documentation
Condition photos at pickup and at drop-off. Time-stamped, on file. Useful for your insurance claim and our accountability.
Scene coordination
We work around law enforcement, EMS, and investigators without getting in the way. Wait until they release the scene, then load fast.
One call. We come to you.
Crash on the highway, dropped bike on a trail, or just stuck somewhere you’d rather not be — we’ll be there.
